      In January 2006,  Charleston’s culinary world received a new addition to the family of fine dining restaurants when two young, talented chefs Corey Elliott and David Szlam partnered to open Cordavi Restaurant.  Elliott and Szlam launched a restaurant that soon became a favorite local hide-away with eclectic, nouvelle cuisine, a dramatically upgraded dining room and a whole new attitude in the kitchen.  A seasonal menu along with purchases from local farmers and fisherman ensure that the products served are of the highest quality.  With such a talented staff tediously trying new methods of preparation, the style in which the food is prepared at Cordavi is unlike any other served in Charleston!   They truly promise a blissful experience that will change the way you feel about food forever.
